MantaMESH offers shipping terms FCA, CPT and CIP (Incoterms 2020) to allow customers the choice to better manage the risk and cost associated with the transportation of goods.
We will issue a Dispatch Advice on the morning of the Dispatch Date to confirm that the goods have been dispatched and are ready for shipping. Where the customer has selected FCA shipping terms the customer must organise shipping of the goods. Where the customer has selected CPT or CIP shipping terms, MantaMESH will organise shipping of the goods on the customer’s behalf.
Where FCA goods are not shipped on the Dispatch Date, the customer will have 5 working days, commencing on the Dispatch Date (Day 1), to arrange shipment. If the goods remain unshipped after this period, storage charges will apply immediately following the 5 working day period. Storage charges will be calculated as per the formula below.
At its discretion, MantaMESH may use a third party storage provider or provide storage at its own facility on behalf of the customer. This will have no bearing on the calculation of storage charges. Please note that the risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the customer from the moment the goods are dispatched.
Formula for calculation of Storage Charges:
- Where goods are not shipped within 5 working days for FCA (Incoterms 2020) shipping terms, storage charges will be applicable from the 6th working day (counting the Dispatch Date as Day 1) until the goods are eventually shipped.
- Storage charges will be calculated, charged and invoiced in weekly increments. Storage charges are calculated as follows:
- $300.00 + GST administration and service charge + $45.00 + GST per pack per week (or part thereof) – invoiced weekly.
Where goods are in a third party storage facility, customers will be advised of the address details for the collection and shipping of the goods from the nominated third party storage facility.
The Invoice date for all goods is the date on the Dispatch Advice (FCA, CPT, CIP Incoterms 2020) irrespective of whether the goods remain in storage.
